Pacific Building, Inc. began in 1997 from its
predecessor, Pacific Building & Mechanical, which started in
1989. We have acted as a General Contractor for these
periods up to the beginning of 2005 in which we decided a
change was necessary for growth. We formed Targeted
Development, Inc., a real estate development corporation to
showcase our talents and resources to the best of our
abilities.
It has been apparent to us at Targeted Development that our
years as General Contractor and association with some of the
largest Fortune 500 companies, as design-build and project
manager/general contractor, has honed our skills for success
in real estate development.
